If the Hague wants to prosecute people for crimes against humanity, I can begin to give them an entire list of US CIA crimes committed under US Presidential orders in Central and South America , Cuba and Vietnam in which US military commanders gave orders to their groups to rape and pillage entire villages in Vietnam etc... .
